2. Data Controller & Data Processor Roles

Depending on how our Platform is used:
• Locudent is the Data Controller for Locums registering directly on the Platform.
• Clients are Data Controllers for any personal data they upload through features such as Staff Banks.
• Where Locudent processes personal data on behalf of Clients, we act as a Data Processor and follow all obligations under Article 28 GDPR.

• Identity details (name, contact information, address)
• Professional details (GDC number, qualifications, indemnity insurance, right-to-work documents)
• Booking and work history
• Communication records through the Platform

4. How We Use Personal Data

We process your personal data to:
• Create and manage your Locudent account
• Facilitate bookings between Locums and Clients
• Verify identity, eligibility, legal compliance, and professional documentation

• Resolve disputes and enforce our Terms
